FAIR WEAR FOUNDATION

Created by the Netherlands in 1999, this foundation has developed a code of working conditions in companies. To obtain the label, textile manufacturers must comply with several rules, including the not exploitation of children through work (the average legal age of work is 15), the right to free association is trade union freedom, wages corresponding to a subsistence minimum, regular working hours and one day off every 7 days.

These principles seem natural in Italy, however they are far from being established in other parts of the world. This label is a real one guarantee of quality work in factories of textile clothing. Audits are frequent as they are carried out every year by independent experts.

It seemed to us essential be sure oforigin and of manufacture of the products we offer.

Obviously, the fabrics organic ed labeled they are more expensive than non-organic ones.

All our textile products come from production by Stanley / Stella.

This brand produces mainly in Bangladesh in five certified factories GOTS controlled by Fair Wear Foundation, and has multiple environmental labels strict on the market throughout its production chain.

Even the polyester, used in addition to organic cotton for some sweaters, is recycled.
Everything is really thought out in such a way that they are not there waste and to make the fabric production the most clean possible.

If we were to use 4 words to describe our clothing they would be ethicscomfort, duration is quality.
