Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on the weekend come processed starting from the following Monday morning.

According to one estimate (take it as such), it comes issued about one kg of CO2 for each package shipped, considering the route, weight and shipping method

When we plant a tree in the reforestation project we have chosen (Eden Projects, Madagascar), we manage to compensate about 20Kg of CO2 in 20 years (1 kg per year). So as you can well understand we can fully compensate for CO2 issued from shipment.🚚

For ours shipments we rely on the post office.

Within what time will i get my refund?

Once received and inspected the returned item, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed approving or denying your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.

In the past we have used recyclable cardboard for our shipments.

Now let's use a compostable packaging that you can bury in your garden. (Remember to cut out the shipping label before burying it)

When a tree is planted, yes creates automatically one of his virtual copy, which you can personalize with a message or photo. Together with the virtual copy you will find all the real information on the tree.

Washing in cold washing machine (max 30 °)

Wash with similar colors, Do not iron on the drawing.

Wash and iron at reverse.
